Until the full policy is posted, here is a summary of what we collect and how it is handled.

  • Church contact information, for billing. Your church’s name, city and state, website (if you give it), and the name, role, and email of the person handling billing. This is used only to manage your church’s membership and is never shared with members.
  • Elder email addresses only. Your church provides each elder’s email address so we can send a private invitation. We don’t ask for elders’ names. Elder email addresses are never shown to other members or sold.
  • Contact form. If you send us a question, we receive your first name, email address, church, and your question. We use them only to reply to you.
  • Payments are handled by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout, not on this website.
  • Services that store information for us. This website and its forms are hosted by Netlify, payments are processed by Stripe, and the community runs on Discourse. Each holds the information needed for its part of the work.
  • When the law requires it. We never sell member information. If we are legally required to disclose information, such as by a subpoena, a court order, or a legal duty to report suspected abuse, we will comply. See the Duty to Report section of the Member Covenant.
  • No tracking or analytics. This website uses no analytics, tracking pixels, advertising, or social media embeds.

Inside the community, members use anonymous usernames. Read the privacy section of the Member Covenant for how anonymity works among members.
